5. Co-Organiser

Any co-organiser OR Principle Sponsor role is limited to supporting the organisation and administration of the Automotive Technology event, in terms of marketing, and organisation. 

Where access to attendee information is necessary for that purpose, the co-organiser may process only the information reasonably required to perform those event-support activities.

The co-organiser is not authorised by AUTOMAKER TV & MEDIA LIMITED to sell, independently distribute or use attendee personal data for unrelated marketing or other independent purposes.

 

6. Principal Sponsor

Certain registration and professional contact information may be shared with the principal sponsor of the Automotive Technology event only where the attendee has expressly consented to such disclosure.

Consent to sponsor data sharing will be requested separately and will not be assumed merely because an individual registers for or attends the event.

Where consent is provided, only information appropriate for the purposes described when consent was requested will be shared.

Attendees may withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawal will not affect processing or disclosures lawfully undertaken before consent was withdrawn.
